Flight duration: approximately 60 minutes.

Matapeka Falls (aka Jurassic Falls) is a remote waterfall in North Taranaki, hidden in amongst lush bushland. It is private and secluded for that amazing getaway and it is also one of our most popular trips!
Our flight heads north along the rugged North Taranaki coastline past Waitara, Urenui and White Cliffs to the mouth of the Tongaporutu river then travelling inland up the Hutiwai wetland (the longest coastal wetland in the North Island).
We land at the base of the waterfall where there is time for a bush walk, swim or picnic; or time to simply enjoy the tranquility.
When the skies are clear, you can see Ruapehu across to the Central Plateau and Taranaki Maunga on the flight back.
Price: $500 per person incl GST.
Minimum 4 passengers.
