When you call PHL, it's likely Rebecca you'll hear on the other end of the phone. A people person by nature, she works closely with operations manager Leica, and is involved in every aspect of every job for its entire lifetime, making sure things go the way they should.
Adhering to correct process and ensuring all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted is what Rebecca is a pro at. She collects the necessary information and associated data then compiles it all in the right places for any given task to be picked up and carried out by a PHL pilot.
